Affiliate Program Terms

  • You may only share your affiliate link using web, social media, email, podcasts, and other digital resources that you own.
  • Whenever you refer to rasa.io or any of our other branded assets such as Pushing Send, you must follow the branding and style guidelines that we publish on our website. Whenever we change these, we will send you an email to give you plenty of notice to be able to make changes to your site.
  • You must include a reference to rasa.io and a link to our site from a permanent page somewhere on your website. If you have a section of your site where you list your partners, that would generally be a good place. If you wish to write a post on your blog that describes rasa.io and includes our logo and link on such a blog post instead, that would be fine too.
  • We reserve the right to decline any affiliate application for any reason. We only accept affiliate applications from organizations and individuals that we believe will represent our brand and products with audiences that are a good fit, and in a way that is aligned with our point of view and values.
  • To qualify for payments, you must be an affiliate in good standing at the time of the payment being processed. To be an affiliate in good standing, all program rules must be adhered to.
  • For any bonus or commission payments, the following criteria must be met:
    • The referral to our site must come from your affiliate link.
    • We must not have already had the referred individual in our system, if they have already been to our site and registered, you will not receive credit. You will receive credit if it is a new user that has not been to rasa.io before.
    • The sender must start sending a newsletter within 90 days of when they are referred to us through your link.
    • The sender must send their newsletter to at least 100 recipients.
    • The sender must send 4 issues out to qualify for the affiliate bonus payment.
  • rasa.io may update these terms at any time without notice. rasa.io will aim to provide you with reasonable notice ahead of changes, we are not required to do so.
