“I personally like having a mix of content from various sources that are industry-centric,” explains Smith. “It is really helpful to provide a well-rounded mix of content versus having everything come from only one source. Plus, leveraging external content is a huge time saver!”        

The company has also mastered the art of curating internal content in its client newsletters.

“Depending upon the client’s audience, I like to have assets at the top of the newsletter to accomplish a few different goals,” Smith says. “In some situations, I may have a blog asset I’m trying to drive increased traffic to support SEO goals. In other situations, I may feature a blog at the top of the newsletter in an attempt to drive conversions.”

Either way, he says, rasa.io gives SmithDigital a wide range of possibilities, and the positive results have been measurable.    

“I’ve noticed situations where stale leads that have gone cold have been warmed back with specific CTAs,” he says. I have even seen meetings booked on calendars as a result of the rasa.io newsletter.”
